Key Features

• Comprehensive thermal insulation: A 100mm thick polyurethane insulation layer runs through the walls, roof, and floor. This closed-cell foam is manufactured at a density of 45kg/m³, providing a high total heat transfer coefficient to keep internal temperatures stable.
• Integrated electrical system: Pre-wired with an electrical sub-panel and internal lighting, designed for standard 220V/380V power supply so it can be connected to a local source on delivery.
• Manufactured access door: A manufactured steel door fits within the container frame for secure entry. The door frame is carbon steel with a protective spray-paint finish, and the hinge system is aluminum alloy.
• Durable construction: The primary structure is a steel frame with a pre-coated white aluminum plate outer skin. Interior surfaces are lined with a food-grade thermoplastic plate that is non-porous and easy to clean.

This container has been modified from a standard ISO unit into a secure, weather-resistant shelter. To deliver effective climate control, the build uses a one-time foaming, overall molding technique to apply the polyurethane insulation, creating a continuous thermal barrier without gaps and greatly reducing temperature transfer.

The electrical system is installed for immediate functionality, configured to support lighting and power outlets. That makes the unit suitable as a field office, workshop, or secure storage for temperature-sensitive materials. Once connected to a local power supply, the internal lighting and power points are operational.

Access comes through a manufactured door fitted with exposed carbon steel galvanized lock bars for security, with hardware built for durability and frequent use. A drainage system, with two holes at the front and back fitted with rubber seal plugs, is built into the floor to manage internal moisture, and the aluminum floor profile makes cleaning easy. The unit is built for a long service life using materials chosen for resistance to corrosion and wear.
