This Payment Policy explains how to pay for your order, when your order is processed, and how we keep your payment secure.
1Accepted Payment Methods
We accept secure bank transfer (ACH or wire). Bank transfer keeps transactions secure and helps us offer competitive pricing on large items like shipping containers. We do not process card payments on this website.
2How to Pay
After you place an order, you will see our bank details and a unique order reference (CCH-…) on screen, and we will email you a copy. Transfer the order total to the account shown using your bank's online, mobile, or in-branch service.
3Include Your Order Reference
Please include your order reference (CCH-…) in the payment description or memo so we can match your transfer to your order quickly and accurately.
4Order Reservation & Processing
Your container is reserved when you place your order and is dispatched once your payment has cleared in our account. We then contact you to schedule delivery.
5Payment Timeframe
Please complete your transfer promptly after ordering. If payment is not received within a reasonable period, we may release the reserved container back into available stock. Contact us if you need more time.
6Currency & Pricing
All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). The total shown at checkout, including the flat shipping fee and any applicable tax, is the amount due.
7Payment Security
No card numbers are entered or stored on this website. All order information is transmitted over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection. Always verify our bank details from your official order confirmation, and contact us directly if anything looks unusual.
8Failed or Incorrect Payments
If a transfer fails, is short-paid, or is sent with incorrect details, please contact us at sales@cargocontainerhub.com or (440) 983-1406 so we can help resolve it.
9Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy and returned to the original bank account.
