This Shipping Policy explains how Cargo Container Hub delivers your container — where we deliver, what it costs, how long it takes, and how to prepare your site. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1Delivery Area
We deliver to all 48 contiguous United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or particularly remote locations can often be arranged on request — please contact us for a custom delivery quote before ordering.
2Shipping Fees
A flat $500 shipping fee applies per order for delivery within the contiguous United States. This amount is shown clearly in your cart and at checkout and is included in your order total.
- Orders with multiple containers, oversized or modified units, or destinations requiring special equipment may require an additional, individually quoted delivery charge, which we confirm before payment.
- Re-delivery, extended wait time, and specialized placement (e.g., crane service) are not included in the flat fee.
3Order Processing
Your container is reserved when you place your order and is dispatched once your bank transfer has cleared. We then contact you to arrange a delivery window. See our Payment Policy for how payment is processed.
4Delivery Timeframes
Most deliveries are scheduled within 5–10 business days after payment clears. Actual timing depends on your location, container availability, carrier scheduling, and weather. These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and we keep you informed of your delivery window.
5Delivery Method
Containers are typically delivered by tilt-bed (roll-off) truck, which slides the unit to ground level at your site. The driver places the container as close as safely possible to your requested location. Placement by crane or forklift can be arranged in advance at additional cost.
6Site Preparation & Access
Preparing the delivery site is the customer's responsibility. For a safe, successful delivery, please:
- Provide a firm, level surface (gravel, concrete, asphalt, or compacted ground).
- Allow clear, straight access of approximately three times the container's length for the truck to maneuver and off-load.
- Ensure adequate overhead clearance (no low branches, wires, or structures) and a path free of soft ground, tight turns, and obstructions.
If our driver determines a site is unsafe or inaccessible, delivery may be postponed and re-delivery fees may apply.
7On Delivery Day
Please have someone present to direct placement and inspect the container. Inspect the unit before the driver leaves and note any visible damage or discrepancy on the delivery paperwork. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how to report issues.
8Failed or Rescheduled Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because the site is not ready, access is blocked, or no one is available to receive it, additional re-delivery charges may apply. Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule.
9Title & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the container to your specified address.
