It certifies that the frame, floor and corner castings have been assessed and judged sound for lifting and transport when empty. Being a used container, it will carry cosmetic wear from prior service, including minor dents, scratches and surface oxidation on the steel exterior, though none of these marks undermine its structural soundness or its ability to stay weathertight.

Built from heavy-gauge weathering steel, the container resists the spread of corrosion and stands up to extended exposure to the elements.
