Three serving awnings fold out to create a covered customer interface, with exterior counters mounted below them and additional interior counters for preparation or point-of-sale equipment. A dedicated tap wall is integrated and prepped for a direct draw system for draft beverages.

Cooling is handled by a fully insulated walk-in cooler. Its refrigeration uses a Govi unit, and the cooler interior is finished with Truscore wall coverings and diamond plate flooring for sanitation and durability. Electrical service comes from a 100 Amp panel feeding six GFCI receptacles and two 220V outlets, readying the unit for a range of commercial appliances. Wall-mounted fans, cage lights, and LED fixtures provide ventilation and lighting for a functional staff environment.
