This 40-foot pre-used container is classified as wind and watertight (WWT) and provides a practical solution for on-site storage, overflow inventory warehousing, or a secure industrial enclosure. It is built from weathering steel, commonly called COR-TEN, which develops a protective patina over time and cuts the need for constant repainting outdoors.

Interior access is through the rear double doors, equipped with steel locking bars and forged steel ratchets that pull the doors tightly against the integrated rubber gaskets. When properly sealed, these parts create the wind and watertight environment.

Internally, a plywood floor sits over a steel cross-member substructure, able to support concentrated loads such as forklifts or loaded pallets when loading from ground level. The walls and ceiling are bare corrugated steel, with tie-down points within the grooves.

Note that this unit is sold "as-is" in used condition and will show signs of prior service, including scratches, dents, and surface rust. It does not, however, have holes that let daylight through the walls, roof, or floor. The wind and watertight classification covers resistance to driven rain and normal air infiltration only; it is not designed for submersion or pressurized water exposure.
