The layout is designed for hybrid use. The rear keeps its robust cargo doors so large equipment or pallets can be forklifted in, while the side-entry roll-up door, fitted with a rain pan to block water intrusion, handles frequent small-item retrieval without opening the main cargo area. Standard 4-foot LED fixtures light the interior for inventory management. Electrical rough-ins are complete, but final grounding and connection to a power source must be done by a licensed electrician for safe operation. The exterior is finished in a selected Base Palette color for a professional, commercial look.
