This forty-five-foot high cube container is fabricated from high-tensile weathering steel, commonly called Corten. The material forms a protective oxide layer when exposed to the elements, reducing the need for painting and limiting long-term corrosion. The floor is marine-grade plywood, both durable and treated to resist moisture ingress.

Its extended length accepts cargo that would not fit in a standard forty-foot unit, such as piping, timber, or production line equipment, while the added high cube height allows taller racking or vertical storage. All structural components, including side walls, roof panels, and cross members, are welded and riveted to established manufacturing protocols to keep torsional rigidity during lifting.

Access is through a pair of rear doors made from the same Corten steel as the body. They seal against weather-resistant gaskets and are secured by cam lock bars with protective housing, with the opening sized to the full width of the container for efficient palletized loading. Passive vents in the end panels promote airflow while keeping water out.
