2Products, Descriptions & Availability
We describe our containers as accurately as possible, including condition (new/one-trip or used) and specifications. Photographs may be representative; actual units may vary slightly. Availability is limited and not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
3Pricing & Errors
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout applies to your order. In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order and refund any payment made.
4Orders & Order Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and an order is accepted once payment has cleared and we have confirmed it with your unique order reference.
5Payment
Orders are paid by credit or debit card (processed by Stripe) or by bank transfer (ACH or wire), as described in our Payment Policy. Your container is reserved on order; card orders are confirmed on authorization and bank-transfer orders are dispatched after payment clears.
6Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.
7Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
8Warranties & Disclaimer
Used containers are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis as to cosmetic condition and normal prior wear, consistent with the condition grade stated on the listing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose beyond those expressly provided. This does not limit your rights under our Refund & Returns Policy, including the 30-day return window and our obligation to remedy a container that arrives damaged, defective, or materially not as described.
9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to any order is limited to the purchase price paid for the container, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of a product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11Intellectual Property
The content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without permission.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts located in Ohio.
