We describe our containers as accurately as possible, including condition (new/one-trip or used) and specifications. Photographs may be representative; actual units may vary slightly. Availability is limited and not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
3Pricing & Errors
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout applies to your order. In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order and refund any payment made.
4Orders & Order Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and an order is accepted once payment has cleared and we have confirmed it with your unique order reference.
5Payment
Orders are paid by bank transfer (ACH or wire) as described in our Payment Policy. Your container is reserved on order and dispatched after payment clears.
6Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.
7Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Used containers are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis except as expressly stated at the point of sale. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, beyond those expressly provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to any order is limited to the purchase price paid for the container, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
