Standard swing doors with multi-point locking rods are the more secure arrangement, since a shutter has a simpler locking point. A roll-up on a container is still steel and still padlockable, and most owners accept the trade for daily convenience. If you can, site the door facing a building or fence and add a shrouded padlock.
Does the shutter seal against weather?
It keeps rain out well in normal conditions but does not compress against a gasket the way cargo doors do, so it is not sealed to the same standard.
