Do the end walls have to be raised?
No. They fold flat when the cargo does not need them or when the rack itself is being moved empty, and they lock upright when you want end restraint for the load. Whether they stay up depends on your cargo and your securing plan, which should be agreed with whoever is handling the shipment.
How is a flat rack delivered to my site?
